These terms apply to your use of seojiyu.com and purchases from SEOJIYU, operated by ROLANDO ANTONIO GUZMAN. Our store is hosted by Shopify. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, to the extent permitted by law.
Eligibility and information
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site under appropriate parental or guardian supervision. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and protect any account credentials. You may not use this site for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or to interfere with its security or operation.
Products, prices and payment
We sell physical clothing, swimwear, and accessories. Product pages identify the item, available sizes and colors, price, and relevant details. Prices and checkout payments are in US dollars. The amount payable includes the listed item prices, $4.95 shipping per order, and any applicable tax shown at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. There are no recurring subscriptions associated with a standard product purchase.
We aim to display colors and details accurately, but screens and lighting can affect appearance. Refer to each product's size and fabric information. If you notice an error, please contact us. We will not change the amount charged for a confirmed order without your agreement. If a material pricing, availability, or description error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a refund when needed.
Orders
An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. We may decline or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, an item cannot be supplied, or the order violates these terms. If payment was taken for an order we cancel, we will refund it. Please contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation before dispatch.
Shipping and returns
We ship only within the United States from Chino Hills, California. Handling is 1–3 business days and transit is 8–14 business days, with a 2:00 pm Pacific Time Monday–Friday cutoff. Read our Shipping Policy for delivery conditions and our Return and Refund Policy for 30-day returns, return costs, and refund timing. Those policies form part of the terms of sale.
Intellectual property and content
The site's text, layout, photography, designs, logos, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to their respective rights holders. Product brand names identify the products being sold. SEOJIYU is the retail store; product manufacturer names and trademarks remain those of their owners. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit site content without appropriate permission.
Third-party services
Payment, carrier, tracking, maps, and other linked services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We remain your point of contact for your order. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
Service availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the site or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, or removes our obligation to provide products as agreed and resolve valid order issues.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable US federal law, without removing mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.
