Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. This policy applies to our physical products, including items sold at the prices shown on this website. There is no restocking fee.

Return condition

For a change-of-mind or size-related return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with attached tags and any original packaging. Swimwear must retain its original hygiene liner or seal. You may carefully try on clothing to check the fit; please try on swimwear over underwear. These conditions do not limit your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to start a return

1. Email info@seojiyu.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damage or an incorrect item, include photographs if available.
2. We will reply with return instructions. Contacting us first helps us identify and process your parcel; do not send items back to the manufacturer.
3. Pack the item securely, include your order number, and send it to the return address below. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

This address accepts returns. It is not an in-person retail store or pickup location.

Return postage and fees

For ordinary returns, including a change of mind or an unsuitable size, the customer pays the actual return shipping cost directly to their chosen carrier. We do not deduct a fixed return-label fee, and we charge no restocking fee. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for an ordinary return.

If we sent the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us so we can arrange a return at our expense or another appropriate resolution. You will not be required to pay return postage for our error. Any applicable original shipping charge will also be refunded when the order is returned because of our error.

Refunds

We inspect returned items after receipt and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. The total time from receiving your return until the refund is credited is no more than 14 calendar days, including our processing and payment-provider processing. If a refund has not appeared by then, contact us so we can investigate. If we cannot accept an ordinary return because its condition does not meet this policy, we will explain the reason and contact you before taking further action.

Exchanges and cancellations

To change size or style, return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the piece you want. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies. No refund is issued to a different card or account.
