Where does SEOJIYU ship?
We ship only within the United States. Orders leave our fulfillment address in Chino Hills, California. International shipping and in-person pickup are not available.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.95 USD per order, regardless of order value. Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 8–14 business days, for an estimated total of 9–17 business days. Our cutoff is 2:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US public holidays enter processing the next business day.
How can I track my order?
We email your tracking information after dispatch. Visit our tracking page and use the details from your confirmation. If tracking is unavailable or delivery is overdue, email info@seojiyu.com with your order number.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For an ordinary return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain its tags and any swimwear hygiene liner. See the Return and Refund Policy for full conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay the actual return postage for ordinary returns, including a change of mind or unsuitable size. We charge no restocking fee. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution at our expense.
When will my refund arrive?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a total of 14 calendar days after we receive the return. This includes inspection, our processing, and payment-provider processing. Contact us if the refund has not appeared by then.

How do I choose a size?
Use the Size & Fit information on the individual product page, where available, and compare measurements with a garment that fits you well. Fit varies by style and fabric. Our size and care guide explains how to measure.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can attempt a change or cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process.
